About us

The firm, founded in 1988 by Chartered Accountant and Lawyer Hanoch Bahagon, consists of five major departments:

 

• Company Accounting

• Self-employed / Employees

• Bookkeeping

• Payroll

• Administration

 

The firm employs about 30 employees in the various departments and is connected online to the Israel Tax Authority, VAT, and the national Insurance Institute for immediate response.

 

About The Management

> Hanoch Bahagon

Born in 1960, graduated from Tel Aviv University in Accounting and Statistics.

Israeli CPA license since 1987.

Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel. Member of the central committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

Law degree (LL.B), licensed to practice law since 2009.

Member of the Israel Bar Association and its Tax Committee.

Member of the Natural Gas Affairs Council.

Previously served as tax inspector and head of Company Taxation Squad in the Israel Tax Authority.

> Shlomit Mor

Graduated at the College of Management in Accounting & Finance.

Israeli CPA license.

CPA in Hanoch Bahagon’s firm since 1993.

Specializes in advice & ongoing consulting in business management, taxation & banking.

Vast  experience in auditing and preparing financial statements, preparing various special permits, financial reports, financial statements for self-employed, capital declarations and representation at the Israel Tax Authority and National Insurance Institute.
